5-STAR RESORT IN THE CARRIBEAN
The resort is located on the western coast of Bequia with stunning views of the ocean that extend all the way to the horizon. In response, the resort extends the ocean back into the site and up to the balcony of each villa, connecting the villas to the horizon through tiers of reflecting pools that fade into the ocean.
THE WORLD'S FIRST SOCCER BOOT
Soccer footwear and protection equipment have been historically characterized by a separation between cleats and shin guards—each performing its unique function independently. Multi-material 3D printing now allows for cleats and shin guards to be combined into a single, seamless boot.
THE PETERSON AUTOMOTIVE MUSEUM
The form of the building arose from looking at the form of a car. Cars consist of two skins, the exterior aerodynamic skin, and the interior skin that is molded to the occupant's body. Between these skins is a poche space that is filled with the mechanics and other necessary parts for the car to run. The new Peterson building operates in a very similar manner.
