Working closely with the client and the city, Cambridge Seven Associates is developing a 1,300,000 square foot mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts on a previously undeveloped site.  Three levels of retail will tap into Boston’s existing train system to bring new consumers to the area and create new jobs, while two mixed income housing towers will work with the city’s plan to create 53,000 new units in the city by 2030.  The location is ideal for access to Boston’s public transit system, the adjacent park and green space, and the new retail will provide residents with access to groceries, drug stores, restaurants, and entertainment.  The new development will also house a cultural museum, highlighting the neighborhood’s rich history and vibrant community.
